Cycle 1 E-Course
for the solitary practitioner
Cycle 1 is considered to be the Maiden Cycle in the 13 Moons program. It is a rich journey of spiritual self-discovery, wherein many teachings and practices are presented, and you discern that which resonates, and that which does not.
13 Moons is non-dogmatic, meaning there is no belief system or tradition to subscribe to... rather, it is a process which helps to clarify your own unique connection to Spirit, and your own personal spiritual path.
This Cycle 1 online e-course is designed for women who prefer solitary, independent study, while still having access to the greater 13 Moons community and events!
This introductory course spans the length of a full lunar year (roughly 13 months), wherein each month, participants have access to our online workbook and video tutorials.
In addition, students may schedule 30-minute personal "check-ins" with Emily each month to review material, ask questions, share wisdom and build connection.

Students of the Cycle 1 E-Course will receive access to our online digital workbook, featuring the stunning original artwork created exclusively for 13 Moons by Erin Gergen Halls.
Each month, a new chapter and video tutorial are presented on various themes, with ideas for personal practices, and reflective questions. In addition, each chapter contains a list of additional resources for those topics which you may want to explore even more deeply.
